Lisa Ellens Cakes and Catering is owned and
operated by Charles and Lisa Ellen Anderson.
We are located in the Southwest corner of rural
Claiborne Parish, about seven miles from Minden.
Our physical address is 3221 Old Arcadia Road.
We have a
commercial kitchen licensed and inspected by the
Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.
Lisa
Ellens is a full service caterer who services
all of North Louisiana. We cater
weddings, parties and corporate events. We
have a fish fry trailer that can be pulled to
the location of your event. We also grill
streaks or can cook a large variety of meals to
fit your needs. We have fresh baked
wedding cakes, birthday cakes, specialty cakes,
cheese cakes, pies, cookies and a variety of
other baked goods.
All
our cooking and baking is done with farm fresh
eggs, real butter and cream. We do not buy
prepared and frozen foods to heat up in the
oven. Anybody can do that and call
themselves a caterer.
